Fortunately, our full free agent list features a few players you have heard of, including Kyren Williams, Treylon Burks, DeAndre Carter, Zay Jones, and Jameson Williams, but if those guys are still on your waiver wire at this point in the season, chances are you’re not too excited by them even if you should be. You might be more interested in our Week 13 streamer recommendations. There are just two teams on bye in Week 13 (Panthers, Cardinals), but we still have a good number of one-week fill-ins, especially at defense. The QB, WR, TE, and D/ST streamer suggestions are grouped by position and can be found at the end of the list.
Neither Hasty nor Knight is a lock to start next week (see below), so it’s tough to recommend using a high waiver claim on either. However, given the time of year, you might have to, especially if you’re hurting at RB. We’re running out of time to use those high-priority claims, and if you’re fighting for your postseason life, you can’t take any chances.
UPDATE: San Francisco’s Jordan Mason and Pittsburgh’s Benny Snell and Jaylen Warren profile similarly after injuries to the backs in front of them on their teams’ respective depth charts. All will require fairly high waiver claims.

Jones, Kyren Williams, and Jameson Williams are all worth low claims, but again, if you’re in a shallow league where these guys are still available, you might be able to wait until free agency to snag one. Because Jones is a prime streamer next week, he’s worth a little more to WR-needy teams, but Jameson Williams could certainly have a high ceiling going forward. You should wait until free agency for the rest of the streamers unless you’re really in a bind at a certain position. Fortunately, there are several worthwhile QBs, TEs, and D/STs, so you have options.

Top fantasy football waiver wire pickups for Week 13
Unless otherwise noted, only players owned in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues are considered.
JaMycal Hasty, RB, Jaguars. Travis Etienne (foot) exited early in the first quarter due to a right foot injury in Week 12, paving the way for Hasty to take over in Jacksonville’s backfield. He finished with 95 total yards and a score on 17 touches (five catches). Even though Etienne’s injury wasn’t to the same foot he hurt last year, the Jags likely won’t take any chances with their star RB, so Hasty is a priority pickup. Even if newcomer Darrell Henderson Jr. is active next week, Hasty should continue to see good volume and have plenty of value in a highly favorable matchup next week in Detroit.
WEEK 13 STANDARD RANKINGS:QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/STs | Kickers
Zonovan Knight, RB, Jets. With Michael Carter (ankle) exiting in the second quarter and James Robinson a healthy scratch, Knight operated as New York’s primary ball carrier, finishing with 103 total yards on 17 touches. If Carter can’t go against the Vikings in Week 13, it’s unclear if Robinson or Knight would start, but based on what we saw last week, Knight is the more likely option. He was involved early last week even when Carter was healthy, and he flashed as both a runner and receiver. He’s worth adding based on that alone, but he’s far from a sure thing to produce, especially against a solid run defense like Minnesota’s.
WEEK 13 FANTASY: Full waiver list | FAAB planner
Treylon Burks, WR, Titans. Burks was credited with a TD last week thanks to recovering a Derrick Henry fumble in the end zone, but don’t let that fluky score cause you to overrate him. Instead, focus on the fact he had his second solid game in a row as a pass-catcher. Burks hauled in four-of-six targets for 70 yards, giving him 11 catches, 14 targets, and 181 yards over his past two outings. It looks like he’s developing into Ryan Tannehill’s go-to guy, and that can yield flex-worthy results in any matchup. He has a tough one next week against the Eagles, but Burks is still worth grabbing ahead of the fantasy playoffs.
Zay Jones, WR, Jaguars. After catching 11-of-14 targets for 145 yards and a two-point conversion against the Ravens, Jones has had at least eight catches and 10 targets in back-to-back games. For the season, he’s seen at least eight targets in six games, so this isn’t a new thing. With that kind of workload, Jones can pay off as a flex against almost anyone, and he’s definitely in play next week against the Lions. Detroit’s defense has been playing better lately, but the Lions still entered Week 12 allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to WRs.
Kyren Williams, RB, Rams. Williams didn’t start in Week 12, but he posted 35 rushing yards on a team-high 11 carries and caught all three of his targets for 25 yards. He’s played more snaps than Cam Akers (eight carries, 37 yards in Week 12) in two-straight weeks, so even though he hasn’t produced much, it seems like it’s only a matter of time before he really breaks out. Now’s the time to stash him.
