Bruce Almighty is one of the most feel-good underrated Jim Carrey movies with a fun and unique story. It’s about a young reporter, Bruce, who complains to God that he’s doing a horrible job, so God offers him the opportunity to become God himself for a whole week. Bruce then goes on a hilarious and eye-opening journey while enjoying most of God’s powers.
4 God - Dogma (1999)
God is another hilarious and unique version of the Judeo-Christian God. It was also easily Alanis Morissette’s most iconic movie role. This iconic movie god could appear in any form but couldn’t speak in front of humans, or they would instantly die. They also appeared as a kind and omnipotent being who, in the end, was forgiving towards all their creations.
